The invention relates to the technical field of carbon slide plate preparation, in particular to a carbon slide plate material without using a binder and a preparation method of the carbon slide plate material. The carbon slide plate is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-40% of pitch coke, 30-60% of petroleum coke and 20-40% of graphite powder. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: proportioning: weighing the raw materials according to the formula for preparation; grinding: grinding the raw materials; mixing and kneading: putting the ground raw materials into a mixing and kneading machine for mixing and kneading; pressing and forming: pressing the mixed and kneaded raw materials in an isostatic press; and roasting: roasting the pressed raw materials to prepare the carbon slide plate material. Pitch coke, petroleum coke and graphite powder are ground and then pressed under high pressure. Under high pressure, an internal atomic structure and an energy state of a substance taking carbon as a raw material can be changed to realize regulation and control of a microstructure and performance of the material and occlusion and staggering of molecules, so that a novel metastable material with a special structure and performance is synthesized.

    本发明涉及碳滑板制备技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种不使用粘结剂的碳滑板材料及其制备方法。碳滑板原材料质量百分比为:沥青焦10‑40%,石油焦30‑60%和石墨粉20‑40%;制备方法具体步骤为配料:将原材料按配方称重预备;磨粉:将原材料接进行研磨;混捏:将研磨后的原材料放入混捏机中进行混捏;压制成型:将混捏好的原材料放入等静压机中进行压制;焙烧:将压制完成的原材料进行焙烧,制得碳滑板材料。本申将沥青焦、石油焦和石墨粉研磨后,再通过高压压制。高压下,以碳作为原材料的物质内部原子结构和能量状态会发生变化,实现材料微观结构和性能的调控,分子之间咬合交错,从而合成具有特殊结构和性能的新型亚稳材料。
