The invention discloses a one-piece electric variable-frequency main hook winch for a crane, which is formed into a whole by a welding base fixed on the upper surface of a crane revolving platform and a winch body on the welding base, and the winch body comprises a variable-frequency motor, a disc brake, a winding drum device and a one-piece gear box; the conjoined gearbox is installed in the middle of the welding base, the variable-frequency motors are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the conjoined gearbox, and output shafts of the variable-frequency motors are connected with the input end of the conjoined gearbox through couplings; the output end of the one-piece gearbox is connected with winding drum devices symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the one-piece gearbox respectively. And two groups of three-stage transmission gear pairs which are symmetrically distributed and two low-speed-stage large gear shafts which are in transmission connection with the three-stage transmission gear pairs are respectively arranged in the one-piece gearbox. The problem that when two winches are arranged, the middle position of the gear box is too small, and installation cannot be achieved is solved, and weight increase and cost increase caused by the arrangement space problem of the crane are avoided.
本发明公开了一种起重机用连体式电动变频主钩绞车,由固定于起重机回转平台上表面的焊接底座和其上的绞车本体组成为一个整体,所述绞车本体包括变频电动机、盘式制动器、卷筒装置及连体齿轮箱组成;所述连体齿轮箱安装于焊接底座的中间位置,变频电动机对称安装于连体齿轮箱的两侧,所述变频电动机的输出轴通过联轴器与连体齿轮箱的输入端相连接;所述连体齿轮箱的输出端分别连接对称设置于其两侧的卷筒装置;所述连体式齿轮箱中分别安装有两组对称分布的三级传动齿轮副和与所述三级传动齿轮副传动连接的两个低速级大齿轮轴。本发明解决了两台绞车布置时齿轮箱中间位置太小无法安装的问题,避免起重机因布置空间问题导致的重量增大和成本增加。
