The invention provides a guide device for unbalanced load hoisting, which comprises a guide post extending along the vertical direction and a movable body movably mounted on the guide post in a guiding manner, and rolling support structures are arranged on two opposite sides of the guide post. The rolling supporting structure comprises a mounting base mounted on the movable body and a rolling body mounted on the mounting base in a rolling mode, and the rolling body is provided with a transverse rotating axis and is supported on the guide column in a rolling mode. According to the guide device provided by the invention, the guide column only needs to be arranged on one side of the transverse support hoisting structure, so that the structure of the guide device is simplified, the synchronism of movement on the two sides of the transverse support hoisting structure does not need to be considered during installation, the assembly difficulty is simplified, the fault probability of the guide device is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. The technical problems that in the prior art, a guiding device is low in installation efficiency, high in failure rate and large in occupied space are effectively solved.

    本发明提供一种偏载起吊用导向装置,该偏载起吊用导向装置包括沿上下方向延伸的导向柱和导向活动安装在导向柱上的活动体,导向柱的相对两侧布置有滚动支撑结构,滚动支撑结构包括安装在活动体上的安装座和滚动安装在安装座上的滚动体,滚动体具有横向的转动轴线并滚动顶撑在导向柱上。本发明提供的导向装置使得仅需在横撑起吊结构的一侧设置导向柱,简化了导向装置的结构,故在安装时不需要考虑横撑起吊结构两侧运动的同步性,简化装配难度的同时降低导向装置发生故障的概率,有效解决了现有技术中的导向装置存在安装效率低、故障率高以及占用空间大的技术问题。
