The invention discloses a wing fuel tank and a production method thereof. The wing fuel tank comprises a beam plate, a skin and a rib plate. The rib plates are sequentially arranged at intervals in the length direction of the beam plate. The beam plate and the rib plate are covered with the skin, and a sealed oil cavity is formed among the skin, the beam plate and the rib plate. The surface, located in the oil cavity, of the skin is provided with an energy absorption protection layer. According to the fuel tank, the energy-absorbing protective layer is arranged on the inner surface of the fuel cavity, in the using process of the fuel tank, electrostatic charges in the fuel tank are continuously accumulated on the surface of the energy-absorbing protective layer, double electric layers are formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the energy-absorbing protective layer, and a capacitor for storing electric energy is formed. The electric field intensity of the energy-absorbing protective layer capacitor is small and is not enough to break down the energy-absorbing protective layer, so that the energy-absorbing protective layer can be normally used. The energy stored by the energy absorption protection layer capacitor is larger than the minimum ignition energy required by the fuel tank, the energy threshold value is increased, and the electrostatic protection effect is achieved.
本申请公开一种机翼油箱及其生产方法,机翼油箱包括:梁板、蒙皮和肋板。各所述肋板沿所述梁板的长度方向依次间隔设置。蒙皮覆盖于所述梁板和肋板上,所述蒙皮、所述梁板和所述肋板之间形成密封的油腔。其中,所述蒙皮位于所述油腔内的表面上设置有吸能防护层。本申请中,通过在油腔内表面设置吸能防护层,在燃油箱使用过程中,燃油箱内的静电荷不断向吸能防护层表面聚积,在吸能防护层上下表面形成双电层,构成储存电能的电容器。吸能防护层电容器的电场强度较小,不足以击穿吸能防护层,因此,吸能防护层可以正常使用。吸能防护层电容器储存的能量大于燃油箱要求的最小点火能,提高了能量门槛值,达到了静电防护效果。
