The propellers comprise four horizontal propellers and four vertical propellers, the mechanical claws comprise a two-axis mechanical claw and a bottom encircling type mechanical claw and are installed on the side face and the bottom of the robot, the sealed cabin is located in the robot, the cameras are located at the head and the bottom of the robot and provided with corresponding illuminating lamps, and the sonar is installed at the top of the robot. The floating blocks comprise the top floating block and the bottom floating block. According to the robot, the functions of advancing, steering, retreating, floating and diving can be achieved, the robot is more flexible, imaging can be conducted on the water area condition in real time through the sonar signal transmitter and the sonar signal receiver, the robot can be conveniently controlled to rescue victims, and the rescue task of the victims can be efficiently and stably completed through the mechanical claws on the side faces and the bottom.
