The embodiment of the invention provides an energy recovery method, device and equipment for a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: determining the current driving state of the vehicle, and enabling the driving state to comprise a deceleration state and a constant speed state; under the condition that the driving state is the deceleration state or the constant speed state, the road condition of the vehicle and the distance between the vehicle and a front vehicle are obtained; determining energy recovery deceleration based on the road condition of the vehicle and the distance between the vehicle and the front vehicle; and based on the energy recovery deceleration, energy recovery torque is determined, a motor of the vehicle is controlled to generate power through the energy recovery torque, and energy recovery is completed.
