The invention provides a spacecraft temperature equalization-heat diffusion-heat storage-heat radiation integrated plate and a manufacturing method thereof, the spacecraft temperature equalization-heat diffusion-heat storage-heat radiation integrated plate comprises a first thin-wall cavity and a second thin-wall cavity which are distributed up and down, the first thin-wall cavity is a gas-liquid phase change cavity, and the second thin-wall cavity is a solid-liquid phase change cavity; a capillary suction structure array of which the height is in gradient distribution is arranged on the inner wall of the gas-liquid phase change chamber, and a high-seepage micro-groove bearing column array is arranged between the upper wall and the lower wall of the gas-liquid phase change chamber; a high-radiance microstructure array is arranged on the outer surface of the lower wall of the solid-liquid phase change chamber, and a heat conduction enhanced skeleton array is arranged between the upper wall and the lower wall of the solid-liquid phase change chamber in a penetrating manner; and working medium filling pipes are arranged on the side walls of the gas-liquid phase change chamber and the solid-liquid phase change chamber. According to the invention, the temperature control effect of the high-heat-flux area array distributed device, the temperature equalization effect between the devices and the radiation heat dissipation effect of the outer side surface of the board are improved.

    本发明提供了一种航天器均温‑扩热‑储热‑热辐射一体化板及其制造方法,包括:沿上下分布的第一薄壁腔体和第二薄壁腔体,所述第一薄壁腔体为气液相变腔室,所述第二薄壁腔体为固液相变腔室;所述气液相变腔室的内壁上设置有高度呈梯度分布的毛细抽吸结构阵列,所述气液相变腔室的上下壁间设置有高渗流微槽承力柱阵列;所述固液相变腔室的下壁外表面上设置有高辐射率微结构阵列,所述固液相变腔室的上下壁间相贯穿设有导热增强骨架阵列;所述气液相变腔室和固液相变腔室的侧壁上均设置有工质充装管。本发明提升高热流密度面阵列分布式器件的控温效果、器件间的均温效果及板外侧面辐射散热效果。
