The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a steering column support, the steering column support and a vehicle, and the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: designing a prototype product according to the total arrangement space of the steering column support, and dividing the prototype product into a non-topological domain and a topological domain; establishing a statics model of the steering column bracket; taking the volume ratio of the minimum value of the first-order modal frequency to the minimum volume of the topological region as a constraint variable; carrying out topological optimization modeling and analysis according to the statics model, the constraint variable of the steering column bracket and the target function; and a topological optimization result is interpreted, a formed product is obtained, and the formed product designs a crossed connecting arm assembly between the two bases on the basis of a mechanical transmission path and a liquid pressure casting process. A topological optimization result is interpreted by combining a processing technology, modal requirements and strength requirements, so that low-cost and high-performance lightweight design of the steering column bracket can be realized, and the influence on the comfort of a driver due to large vibration of a steering wheel in a vehicle moving process is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种转向管柱支架的制造方法、转向管柱支架和车辆,制造方法包括:根据转向管柱支架的总布置空间,设计雏形产品,并将雏形产品进行非拓扑域和拓扑域的划分;建立转向管柱支架的静力学模型;以一阶模态频率最小值和拓扑区域的最小体积的体积比为约束变量;根据静力学模型、转向管柱支架的约束变量和目标函数,进行拓扑优化建模和分析;对拓扑优化结果进行解读,得到成型产品,基于力学传递路径和液态压铸工艺,成型产品在两个底座之间设计出交叉状的连接臂组件。结合加工工艺、模态要求、强度要求对拓扑优化结果解读,可以实现转向管柱支架低成本、高性能的轻量化设计,避免在车辆运动过程中,方向盘振动大,影响驾驶员的舒适感。
