The invention provides composite glass, a preparation method and application thereof and an automobile window. The composite glass comprises tempered glass A, tempered glass B and a polymer layer, the tempered glass A is prepared by strengthening glass A; the glass A is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 56.55 to 68 percent of SiO2, 8 to 20 percent of Al2O3, 0 to 1 percent of Li2O, 9.5 to 16 percent of Na2O, 0 to 5.9 percent of MgO, 0 to 5.5 percent of K2O, 0 to 3 percent of ZrO2, 0 to 4 percent of CaO, 0 to 3 percent of ZnO, 0 to 2 percent of SrO, 0 to 4 percent of B2O3, 0 to 3 percent of P2O5, 0 to 2 percent of Y2O3, 0 to 0.1 percent of SnO2, 0 to 0.1 percent of CuO, 0 to 0.1 percent of Fe2O3, 0 to 0.1 percent of Ni2O3, 0 to 0.1 percent of TiO2, 0 to 0.05 percent of CoO and 0 to 0.1 percent of WO3. The weight of the composite glass is reduced, the possibility of breakage in a vehicle collision event is reduced, and the heat absorption and insulation effects are excellent; in addition, excellent safety compliance and effective durability are achieved; meanwhile, the composite glass has durability and noise reduction performance which are similar to those of thicker and heavier glass windows.

    本发明提供了一种复合玻璃及其制备方法、应用和汽车车窗,其中的复合玻璃包括强化玻璃A、强化玻璃B和聚合物层;所述强化玻璃A由玻璃A强化制得;以重量百分比计,所述玻璃A的组成包括:56.55‑68%的SiO2、8‑20%的Al2O3、0‑1%的Li2O、9.5‑16%的Na2O、0‑5.9%的MgO、0‑5.5%的K2O、0‑3%的ZrO2、0‑4%的CaO、0‑3%的ZnO、0‑2%的SrO、0‑4%的B2O3、0‑3%的P2O5、0‑2%的Y2O3、0‑0.1%的SnO2、0‑0.1%的CuO、0‑0.1%的Fe2O3、0‑0.1%的Ni2O3、0‑0.1%的TiO2、0‑0.05%的CoO和0‑0.1%的WO3。该复合玻璃重量减轻,车辆撞击事件中的破裂可能性降低,吸热隔热效果优异;另外还具有优异的安全合规性和有效的耐用性;同时,该复合玻璃还具有可与较厚、较重的玻璃窗相比拟的耐久性和消音性能。
