    本发明公开了一种汽车C柱结构的设计方法及汽车C柱结构,涉及汽车制造技术领域,其包括以下步骤:沿车身的X方向延长C柱内板,并将C柱内板和侧窗内板一体成型;将C柱内板的底部与后轮罩相连、C柱内板的顶部与顶盖相连;将C柱内板在车身的X正方向的一侧与D柱结构相连,将C柱内板在车身的X负方向的一侧与后车门止口焊接。本发明将常规的C柱与侧窗内板结合起来,将多余的C柱在X向延长至侧窗内板上,并与侧窗内板一体成型,一体式的C柱内板和侧窗内板是一个大件,这样使得C柱内板在实现轻量化的同时,提高了焊接时的精度控制,减少了检具的成本。
