The embodiment of the invention provides a locomotive bearing temperature correction method, system and device. The method comprises the steps that the monitoring temperature of a locomotive bearing at the current moment is obtained; determining sunlight correction according to the sunlight intensity at the locomotive running position at the current moment and the included angle between sunlight and the locomotive; determining the wind speed correction according to the wind speed at the locomotive running position at the current moment, the locomotive running speed and the included angle between the wind direction and the locomotive; and correcting the monitored temperature according to the sunlight correction and the wind speed correction to obtain the corrected locomotive bearing temperature. The locomotive operation environment information is fully utilized to correct the monitoring temperature of the locomotive bearing, so that the accuracy of the locomotive bearing temperature can be improved; and fault diagnosis is carried out based on the corrected locomotive bearing temperature, so that the occurrence of false alarm and missing alarm can be effectively reduced, and safe and efficient operation of the locomotive is further ensured.

    本发明实施例提供一种机车轴承温度修正方法、系统及设备,该方法包括:获取当前时刻机车轴承的监测温度;根据当前时刻机车运行位置处的日照强度以及日照与机车的夹角确定日照修正量;根据当前时刻机车运行位置处的风速、机车运行速度以及风向与机车的夹角确定风速修正量;根据日照修正量和风速修正量对监测温度进行修正,得到校正后的机车轴承温度。充分利用机车运行环境信息对机车轴承的监测温度进行修正,能够提高机车轴承温度的准确性;基于校正后的机车轴承温度进行故障诊断,能够有效减少误报、漏报的发生,进一步保证机车的安全、高效运行。
