The invention discloses a battery pack charging and discharging management system and method, and is applied to the technical field of battery pack charging and discharging. A controllable inter-pack pre-charging loop is formed among a first battery pack, a second battery pack and a parallel pre-charger, one side of the inter-pack pre-charging loop is connected with a first relay module, and the other side of the inter-pack pre-charging loop is connected with a second relay module. The controller controls the compartment pre-charging loop, the first relay module and the second relay module to be connected in series or in parallel through the switch assembly. A double-battery-pack framework can be adopted, parallel discharging and series charging between the battery packs are controlled through the controller, the battery packs are discharged in parallel so that the endurance of the whole vehicle can be prolonged, the battery packs are charged in series so that the requirement for the charging current of external charging equipment can be lowered, and one side of the inter-pack pre-charging loop is connected with the first relay module; and the other side is connected with the second relay module, so that the charging and discharging of the battery pack can share one set of pre-charging loop, and the whole vehicle framework can be simplified.

    本申请公开一种电池包充放电管理系统以及方法,应用于电池包充放电技术领域。包括:第一电池包、第二电池包与并联预充电器之间形成可控的包间预充电回路,包间预充电回路一侧连接第一继电器模块,另一侧连接第二继电器模块,控制器通过开关组件控制所述包间预充电回路、第一继电器模块以及第二继电器模块之间串联或者并联。本申请可采用双电池包架构,通过控制器控制电池包之间并联放电和串联充电,电池包之间并联放电可增加整车续航,串联进行充电,可降低对外部充电设备充电电流的要求,且包间预充电回路一侧连接第一继电器模块,另一侧连接第二继电器模块,这样可以使电池包的充放电共用一套预充电回路,这样可以简化整车架构。
