According to the invention, the polarization voltage during charging and discharging of the battery is used as a core index, and the method does not need to measure the real-time internal resistance, is an online, dynamic and adaptive switching method, can guarantee that the power capability of the battery is fully displayed, and guarantees the stability and reliability of the battery.
