The invention discloses an intelligent ship index system construction and evaluation method. According to the intelligent ship index system construction and evaluation method, four evaluation aspects, 13 evaluation elements and 59 evaluation factors are selected, all aspects of the ship intelligent level of perception, cognition, decision making and control are covered, and an intelligent ship evaluation index system is constructed; the intelligent level of the whole intelligent ship is comprehensively, objectively and scientifically evaluated and analyzed. The comprehensive weight of an intelligent ship evaluation index is determined based on an analytic hierarchy process, a comprehensive intelligent evaluation result of the intelligent ship is obtained in combination with a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the comprehensive weight of the index, and quantitative evaluation of the comprehensive intelligent level of the intelligent ship is achieved in a qualitative and quantitative combined mode. And the evaluation result is more visual, clear, accurate and effective.
