The invention belongs to the technical field of ferrous metallurgy, and relates to a control method for inclusion of steel and refined titanium nitride and application of the control method in railway wheel steel. The control method for refining titanium nitride inclusions comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining refined molten steel through electric furnace or converter smelting, LF (Ladle Furnace) refining and VD (Vacuum Degassing) or RH (Ruhrstahl Heraeus) vacuum treatment; (2) after vacuum breaking, feeding wires according to the sequence of aluminum, calcium, rare earth, hafnium zirconium and sulfur; and (3) after the wire feeding operation is finished, leaving the station, and performing protective pouring in continuous casting to obtain a steel billet. According to the steel-making control method for refining the titanium nitride inclusions, disclosed by the invention, after the steel billet is subjected to forging and rolling heat treatment, the quantity proportion of various nitride inclusions with the sizes of less than 5 microns in a forged and rolled wheel product can be controlled to be 98.85%; wherein the number proportion of the large-size nitride inclusions larger than 5-10 microns is only 1.15%, and the number of the large-size nitride inclusions larger than 10 microns is extremely small. The method is easy to operate, efficient, safe, low in steel grade limitation, suitable for refining processes such as LF, VD and RH and wide in application range.

    本发明属于钢铁冶金技术领域,涉及一种钢及细化氮化钛夹杂的控制方法和在铁路车轮钢中的应用。本发明的细化氮化钛夹杂的控制方法,包括:(1)通过电炉或转炉冶炼、LF精炼、VD或RH真空处理得到精炼钢水;(2)破空后,按照铝、钙、稀土、铪锆、硫的顺序喂线;(3)喂线操作结束后出站,到连铸进行保护浇注,得到钢坯。按照本发明的细化氮化钛夹杂的炼钢控制方法获得的钢坯,经过锻轧热处理后,其锻轧的车轮产品中的各类氮化物夹杂尺寸5μm以下的数量比例可控制达到98.85%,其中>5~10μm大尺寸的氮化物夹杂所占数量比例仅为1.15%、>10μm大尺寸的氮化物夹杂极少。本发明操作简单、高效、安全,对钢种限制低,且适配LF、VD、RH等精炼工艺,适用范围广。
