The invention discloses a lifting mechanism with a vertical lifting function and a using method.The lifting mechanism comprises a sliding plate box, a shear arm, a sliding groove base, a fork frame and an actuator cylinder, sliding grooves are formed in the two sides of the sliding groove base, the sliding plate box is installed in the middles of the sliding grooves, one end of the shear arm is connected with the fork frame, and the other end of the shear arm is connected with one end of the actuator cylinder and the sliding plate box; a pull rod is further arranged between the sliding plate box and the fork frame, the other end of the actuating cylinder is connected with a sliding groove seat, and the front end of the sliding groove seat is connected with the middle section of the shear arm through an auxiliary rod. The using method is divided into a vertical lifting using method and a vertical descending using method. The lifting mechanism solves the technical problem that in the prior art, a lifting mechanism cannot keep the hanging accuracy while meeting the requirement for low hanging space at the same time.

    本发明公开了一种具有垂直升降功能的举升机构及使用方法,其中机构包括滑板箱、剪臂、滑槽座、叉架和作动筒,滑槽座两侧内部有滑槽,滑板箱安装与于滑槽中部,剪臂一端与叉架连接,另一端分别与作动筒一端和滑板箱连接,滑板箱与叉架之间还设置有拉杆,作动筒另一端与滑槽座相连,滑槽座前端与剪臂中段通过辅助杆连接;其中使用方法分为垂直举升和垂直下降使用的方法。本发明解决了现有技术中举升机构不能同时在满足挂装空间低的同时保持挂装准确性的技术问题。
