The invention provides an aircraft air inlet channel inspection method, which comprises the following steps: starting an aircraft of an inspection system to enter an air inlet channel of a to-be-detected aircraft, and flying along a set path; shooting a part needing to be inspected in the air inlet channel through a pan-tilt camera device on the aircraft; the display terminal is controlled to receive the returned image information, and whether the air inlet channel component is normal or not is judged; if normal, the aircraft is controlled to complete subsequent image acquisition and image inspection work; if abnormal, controlling the aircraft to approach the position of the abnormal component, obtaining a higher-definition image, checking the image, and further checking the state of the component; and flight and image inspection work of a set path are completed. The invention further provides an aircraft air inlet channel inspection system, the pan-tilt camera device is installed on a four-rotor aircraft platform, information collection of the air inlet channel is achieved through the device, manpower input is reduced, inspection and photographing evidence obtaining work are combined, the risk that foreign matter forgets the air inlet channel is avoided, the aircraft inspection time is shortened, and the inspection efficiency is improved. And the aircraft guarantee efficiency can be improved on the premise of ensuring safety.
本发明提供一种飞机进气道检查方法,启动检查系统的飞行器进入待检测飞机的进气道,沿设定路径飞行;通过飞行器上的云台摄像装置对进气道内需要检查的部位进行摄像;控制显示终端接收发回的图像信息,判断进气道部件是否正常;正常则操纵飞行器完成后续的图像获取及图像检查工作;异常则操纵飞行器接近异常部件位置,获取更高清晰度的图像,检查图像,进一步核对部件状态;完成设定路径的飞行及图像检查工作。还提供了飞机进气道检查系统,在四旋翼飞行器平台安装云台摄像装置,通过上述装置实现对进气道的信息采集,减少人力投入,合并检查及照相取证工作,避免异物遗忘进气道的风险,减少飞机检查时间,能在确保安全的前提下提升飞机保障效率。
