The invention discloses a variable sweepback wing and an aircraft. The variable sweepback wing comprises an external connecting rod system based on a multi-connecting-rod mechanism, an internal connecting rod system based on a crank sliding block mechanism and a power assembly. The external connecting rod system is hinged to a fuselage of the aircraft and used for forming a wing body. The internal connecting rod system is hinged to a fuselage of the aircraft and is used for keeping the pose of the wing main body formed by the external connecting rod system; the internal connecting rod system is connected with the external connecting rod system through at least one middle connecting rod, so that the external connecting rod system and the internal connecting rod system form a single-degree-of-freedom plane multi-connecting-rod structure containing a complex hinge; the power assembly can drive the poses of all connecting rods in the external connecting rod system and the internal connecting rod system to change, and the sweepback angle of the wing body is changed. The driving device has the advantages of being simple in driving mode and more uniform in overall stress.
