The invention provides a design method of a preset performance controller for an electronic control air suspension, and relates to the technical field of vehicle suspension control, and the design method comprises the following steps: S1, building a two-degree-of-freedom electronic control air suspension model; s2, determining a main control target; s3, designing a preset performance function to transform the initial error so as to realize the constraint on the transient performance of the system; s4, aiming at the converted error, a Backstepping method is adopted to design a suspension controller; s5, building an area normalization fluid mass model of the air spring, and calculating area normalization mass flow between a high-pressure source and a low-pressure source of the air spring; and S6, taking the ratio of the expected air flow calculated by the controller to the area normalized mass flow between the high-pressure source and the low-pressure source of the air spring as a duty ratio, and converting the output of the controller into a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal for controlling an electromagnetic valve of the air spring. In order to control the sprung mass height of the vehicle, a performance function constraint error is established, a controller is designed by adopting a Backstepping algorithm to calculate expected output, and finally, the expected output is converted into a PWM signal to control an electromagnetic valve of the electric control air suspension to be inflated and deflated, so that height adjustment control is realized, and the riding comfort and smoothness of the vehicle are improved.

    发明提供一种面向电控空气悬的预设性能控制器的设计方法,涉及车辆悬架控制技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1:建立二自由度电控空气悬架模型;S2:确定主要的控制目标;S3:设计预设性能函数对初始误差进行变换,实现对系统瞬态性能的约束;S4:针对转换后的误差采用Backstepping方法设计悬架控制器;S5:搭建空气弹簧的面积归一化流体质量模型,计算空气弹簧高压源与低压源之间的面积归一化质量流量;S6:将控制器计算所得的期望空气流量和空气弹簧高压源与低压源之间的面积归一化质量流量之比作为占空比,将控制器输出转换为控制空气弹簧电磁阀的PWM信号。本发明以控制车辆簧载质量高度为目的,建立性能函数约束误差,并采用Backstepping算法设计控制器计算期望输出,最后转为PWM信号控制电控空气悬架的电磁阀充放气,实现调高控制,进而提高车辆乘坐舒适性与平顺性。
