The embodiment of the invention discloses a ceramic tile system for improving compatibility of base damping and dressing in a cruise ship kitchen area. The ceramic tile system comprises a dressing ceramic tile system, an epoxy sand layer and an elastic damping layer which are sequentially arranged on a steel deck from top to bottom. Wherein the epoxy sand layer is laid after the elastic damping layer is laid and needs to be dried for 6 hours, the dressing ceramic tile system is laid after the epoxy sand layer is laid and needs to be dried for 24 hours, the compatibility of the base layer damping and the dressing is enhanced, the surface treatment process is determined by treating, comparing and verifying the surface of the base layer damping, and the surface treatment efficiency is improved. And the two are well compatible.

    本发明实施例公开了一种增加邮轮厨房区域基层阻尼与敷料兼容性的瓷砖系统,所述瓷砖系统包括由上向下依次设置在钢制甲板上的敷料瓷砖系统、环氧砂层和弹性阻尼层;其中,在铺设所述弹性阻尼层后,需要干燥6小时后,再铺设所述环氧砂层,且在铺设所述环氧砂层后,需要再干燥24小时,之后再铺设敷料瓷砖系统,其增强了基层阻尼与敷料兼容性,通过对基层阻尼表面进行处理对比验证,来确定表面处理工艺,达到两者较好兼容的目的。
