The invention discloses a battery pack heat exchange device which comprises a heat exchanger, a first valve and a second valve, the first valve and the second valve are connected with the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is connected with a battery pack and an engine, the first valve is connected with an air conditioning system, and the second valve is connected with the battery pack. The invention further discloses a vehicle. According to the battery pack heat exchange device, heat of engine water temperature can be converted into a battery pack water path through the heat exchanger to heat a battery pack in a low-temperature environment, so that the temperature rise of the battery pack is fast, oil consumption is reduced, the endurance performance is improved, the service life of a battery is prolonged, and the problem that PHEV pure electric driving mileage is seriously shortened is solved; and particularly, the battery pack with PHEV failure can quickly recover to a normal working state at the environment temperature of-30 DEG C or below, so that the battery pack always works in a temperature interval range with the highest efficiency, and an energy-saving effect is really achieved.

    本发明公开了一种电池包热交换装置,包括热交换器以及与热交换器连接的第一阀门和第二阀门,热交换器与电池包和发动机连接,第一阀门与空调系统连接,第二阀门与电池包连接。本发明还公开了一种车辆。本发明的电池包热交换装置,在低温环境中可以利用热交换器把发动机水温的热量转换到电池包水路给电池包加热,这样有利于电池包温升快、降低油耗、提升续航性能、延长电池寿命等,改善PHEV纯电行驶里程严重缩水问题,特别是在环境温度‑30℃以下能让PHEV失效的电池包快速恢复正常工作状态,让电池包始终工作在效率最高的温度区间范围,真正起到节能的效果。
