The invention provides a combined dispatching method for coordinating multiple ship locks in an inland river main and tributary channel network area. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring multiple ship lock element information of the inland river main and tributary channel network; based on the obtained multi-ship lock element information of the inland river main and tributary channel network, establishing a mixed integer linear programming model of inland river main and tributary channel network area ship lock joint scheduling; solving the established mixed integer linear programming model for joint scheduling of the ship locks in the inland river main and tributary channel network region; and according to a solving result, providing an optimal scheduling scheme for the ships to pass through the multiple ship locks in the inland river main and tributary channel network region. The method fully considers the criss-cross geographic feature of the inland river main and branch channels and the characteristics of dense ship lock distribution and the like, establishes the model from the perspective of global scheduling, better conforms to the actual situation, solves the problem that the multi-ship lock joint scheduling of the inland river main and branch channel network area is not uniform and uncoordinated, and improves the scheduling efficiency. An auxiliary decision of a ship lockage plan is provided for a ship lock operation and dispatching management department, and a previous low-efficiency dispatching mode which only depends on artificial experience is greatly improved.
本发明提供一种协调内河干支流航道网区域多船闸联合调度方法,包括获取内河干支流航道网多船闸要素信息;基于获取的内河干支流航道网多船闸要素信息,建立内河干支流航道网区域船闸联合调度的混合整数线性规划模型;对建立的内河干支流航道网区域船闸联合调度的混合整数线性规划模型进行求解;根据求解结果,提供船舶通过内河干支流航道网区域多船闸的最优调度方案。本发明充分考虑内河干支流航道纵横交错的地理特征和船闸分布密集等特点,从全局调度的角度建立模型,更符合实际情况,解决了内河干支流航道网区域多船闸联合调度不统一、不协调的问题,为船闸运调管理部门提供船舶过闸计划的辅助决策,大大改善以往仅依靠人工经验的低效调度模式。
