According to the method, the improved STGODE network and the Graphage model are combined to provide a new traffic flow prediction model DGODE, so that the performance of the model during module stacking is improved, the capability of capturing long-range space-time dependence is improved, and the network has better anti-over-smoothing performance and faster convergence speed.
本发明公开了一种交通流量预测方法、装置、设备及存储介质,所述方法包括:建立交通网络无向图G=(V,E,A);交通网络无向图G上的每个节点具有相同采样间隔的F个测量数据;将交通网络无向图G获取到的交通流表示为图信号X∈RN×F,输入动态图常微分网络进行交通流量预测,其中F是每个节点的特征数;其中,动态图常微分网络包括由多个DGODE块组成的两个DGODE层、GraphSage层以及最大池化层和输出层。本发明将改进的STGODE网络与Graphsage模型结合提出了新的交通流量预测模型DGODE,提升其模块堆叠时的性能,提高了对长程时空依赖的捕获能力,并使网络有了更好的抗过平滑性能和更快的收敛速度。
