According to the method, the reliability degree of the forward collision early warning system can be quantitatively evaluated when the vehicle runs, a theoretical reference is provided for design optimization of the forward collision early warning system, and meanwhile, the reliability evaluation result can also be used for safety risk investigation of the vehicle applying the forward collision early warning system before actual operation and during operation.
