The rigid collision prevention device comprises a supporting plate and a protection plate, the protection plate is located on the front side of the supporting plate, a first damping rod is fixedly installed at the position, close to the center, of the bottom of the supporting plate, and a fixing plate is fixedly connected to the position, close to the center, of the top of the supporting plate; a fixing rod is fixedly connected to the position, close to the center, of the top of the fixing plate, and a first groove is formed in the fixing plate. According to the rigid collision prevention device for the tower crane, through the arrangement of a connecting plate, a buffering pressing plate, a fixed rod, a movable plate, a sponge pad, an abutting rod, a second damping rod, an inclined rod, a supporting sliding sleeve, a first buffering spring and a supporting sliding rod, when a protection plate is collided and moves inwards to make contact with the buffering pressing plate, the movable plate moves in the fixed rod, and therefore the buffering pressing plate is prevented from being collided; the abutting rod makes contact with the interior of the sponge mat, and impact force is effectively offset and buffered through the second damping rod and the sponge mat.

    本发明公开了一种塔式起重机用的防刚性碰撞装置及方法,包括支撑板和防护板,所述防护板位于支撑板的前侧,所述支撑板底部的靠中心位置固定安装有阻尼杆一,所述支撑板顶部的靠中心位置固定连接有固定板,所述固定板顶部的靠中心位置固定连接有固定杆,所述固定板的内部开设有凹槽一。该塔式起重机用的防刚性碰撞装置,通过连接板、缓冲压板、固定杆、活动板、海绵垫、抵杆、阻尼杆二、斜杆、支撑滑套、缓冲弹簧一和支撑滑杆的设置,在防护板受到碰撞向内移动接触到缓冲压板时,通过活动板在固定杆的内部移动,抵杆接触到海绵垫的内部,通过阻尼杆二和海绵垫对冲击力进行有效的抵消和缓冲。
