The invention relates to the technical field of operation machinery, and discloses a sidewise bending detection structure, operation machinery and a sidewise bending detection method.The sidewise bending detection structure comprises a detection part which is arranged on a swing arm in a swingable mode and is provided with a detection plane. The detection part capable of swinging is arranged on the swinging arm, when the detection part swings along with the swinging arm, the detection plane of the detection part can be kept perpendicular to the horizontal plane all the time, and when the swinging arm laterally bends, the detection part deflects by a certain angle in the detection plane along with sidewise bending of the swinging arm; the detection part can detect the difference value between the angle at the moment and the angle at the original position, the difference value at the moment is the sidewise bending angle of the swing arm in the amplitude variation plane, the detection structure is simple and ingenious, the influence of the amplitude variation angle of the swing arm on sidewise bending angle measurement is effectively avoided, the sidewise bending angle of the swing arm can be more directly and effectively measured, and the measurement accuracy is improved. The problem that an existing bending detection device cannot accurately measure lateral bending of the cargo boom is effectively solved.

    本发明涉及作业机械技术领域,公开了旁弯检测结构、作业机械及旁弯检测方法,旁弯检测结构包括:检测部,可摆动的设置在摆动臂上,检测部具有检测平面。本发明在摆动臂上设置可摆动的检测部,检测部随着摆动臂摆动时,其检测平面能够时刻与水平面保持垂直,当摆动臂发生旁弯时,检测部随着摆动臂的旁弯在检测平面内产生一定角度的偏转,检测部能够检测此时的角度相较于原始位置时的角度的差值,此时的差值便是摆动臂在变幅平面中的旁弯角度,检测结构简单巧妙,有效避免了摆动臂的变幅角度对测量旁弯角度时的影响,能够更为直接有效的测量摆动臂的旁弯角度,有效解决了现有弯曲检测装置无法准确测量起重臂侧向弯曲的问题。
