The truck main station comprises a truck main station power supply protection unit, a truck main station rectification unit, a truck main station inversion unit, a truck main station control and detection unit, a truck main station communication unit and a gear signal acquisition unit; the trolley lifting slave station comprises a trolley lifting slave station power supply protection unit, a trolley lifting slave station rectification unit, a trolley lifting slave station inversion unit, a trolley lifting slave station control and detection unit and a trolley lifting slave station communication unit. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the installation cost of a user is low, the consumed time is short, the efficiency is high, and installation and disassembly are convenient; the system is high in integration level and complete in function; a communication interface is reserved, and the expansibility is high. The device is small in size, light in weight, space-saving, simple to debug and low in requirement on the technical level of installation and debugging personnel, and products are customized for cranes.
