The invention discloses a double-pump flow dividing and converging control system and method and a crane. The system comprises a flow converging valve, a shuttle valve, a first electromagnetic reversing valve and a hydraulic control reversing valve, and a control oil port of the hydraulic control reversing valve is connected with a pilot oil source of a control valve of a first executing mechanism; a first oil inlet of the hydraulic control reversing valve is connected with a stable pressure oil source; an oil outlet of the hydraulic control reversing valve is connected with a first oil inlet of the first electromagnetic reversing valve, an oil outlet of the first electromagnetic reversing valve is connected with a first oil inlet of the shuttle valve, and an oil outlet of the shuttle valve is connected with a control oil port of the flow collecting valve. A second oil inlet of the first electromagnetic reversing valve and a second oil inlet of the hydraulic control reversing valve are respectively connected with an oil return port; the crane comprises the double-pump shunting and converging control system. The pilot oil source of the actuating mechanism control valve is introduced, the flow collecting valve is closed firstly in the actuating mechanism action process, then the actuating mechanism control valve is pushed to reverse, and therefore it can be guaranteed that oil is completely supplied by a single pump when the actuating mechanism acts, and the smoothness of the starting process is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种双泵分合流控制系统、方法及起重机,该系统包括合流阀、梭阀、第一电磁换向阀和液控换向阀,液控换向阀的控制油口连接第一执行机构控制阀的先导油源;液控换向阀的第一进油口连接稳定压力油源;液控换向阀的出油口连接第一电磁换向阀的第一进油口,第一电磁换向阀的出油口连接梭阀的第一进油口,梭阀的出油口连接合流阀的控制油口;第一电磁换向阀的第二进油口和液控换向阀的第二进油口分别连接回油口;起重机包括所述的双泵分合流控制系统。本发明通过引入执行机构控制阀的先导油源,实现执行机构动作过程中先关闭合流阀,再推动执行机构控制阀换向,从而能够保证执行机构动作时完全由单泵供油,保证启动过程的平顺性。
