The double-door protection device can protect the double doors of the elevator due to accidental collision. According to the device, a motor is linked with a gear rack to transmit to a pin rod, and the pin rod is jacked to be inserted into a door pin pipe to lock double doors of an elevator. The floor door device needs to be fixed on a wall body below the door, and the rack is parallel to the pin rod; and the two connecting bodies move forward and backward in the wall pin pipe. An elevator and an additional elevator device need to be installed below an elevator car body or a floor slab, the rack and the pin rod are in a right-angle shape, and the rack and the pin rod are connected through a tension spring and movably arranged in a car pin pipe. The landing door and box door anti-collision protection device has the main functions that when an elevator does not run, double doors of a landing box are locked by pin rods; when the elevator runs to a certain floor within 3 seconds, the pin rod retreats from the floor box, and the double doors can be opened; when the elevator quickly passes through a certain floor, the delay switch does not trigger the floor box double doors and does not act. When maintenance is needed, the maintenance knob can be opened, the pin rod retreats from the double doors of the layer box, and the operation principle of the layer door is the same as that of the box door. In case of power failure, trapped people can be rescued by switching the knife switch and adding an emergency power supply.
本发明能使升降电梯双门因意外撞击而起到防护一种装置。装置采用电机连动齿轮齿条传递于销杆,顶起销杆插入门销管致使电梯双门锁定。楼层门装置需在门下的墙体固定,齿条与销杆呈平行状;两连接体活动于墙销管内进退。电梯与加装电梯装置需在电梯箱体或楼板下方安装,此齿条与销杆呈直角状,齿条与销杆用拉簧连接,其活动于箱销管内。层门与箱门防撞击防护装置主要功能:电梯不运行时层箱双门被销杆锁定;当电梯运行到某层3秒内销杆退出层箱双门可开;电梯快速经过某层时延时开关没触发层箱双门无动作。需要检修时可开启检修旋钮销杆退出层箱双门可开启,层门与箱门的运行原理相同。如遇断电时需切换闸刀开关外加应急电源即可解救被困人员。
