According to the elevator running posture monitoring and early warning system and method, the problems that according to an existing guide rail and rack straightness field monitoring method, the accuracy of measurement and inspection results is difficult to guarantee, and the overhaul frequency and the maintenance cost are increased are solved. The data acquisition module is used for digitally converting signals near the gear; the parameter conversion module is used for converting digital signals into analog images and data ripple diagrams; the data storage and display module is used for recording and storing measured data and outputting the analog images; the attitude abnormity judgment module is used for judging whether the distance variable fed back in real time is smaller than a distance threshold value or not; and the early warning correction module is used for judging whether the abnormal attitude duration exceeds a duration threshold value or not. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, judging whether a distance variable between a current detection original point fed back in real time and an intersection point of a current detection area simulation line and a rack edge simulation line is smaller than a set distance threshold value or not, and then judging whether the duration of the elevator in an abnormal operation posture exceeds a set duration threshold value or not.

    本发明的一种升降机运行姿态监测预警系统及方法,针对现有导轨及齿条直线度的现场监测方法难以保证测量及检查结果的准确性,增加了检修频次和维护成本的问题。它包括将齿轮附近信号进行数字化转换的数据采集模块,将数字信号转换为模拟图像和数据波纹图的参数转换模块,记录存储测量数据及输出模拟图像的数据储存及显示模块,用于判断实时反馈的距离变量是否小于距离阈值的姿态异常判断模块,用于判断异常姿态持续时间是否超过时长阈值的预警修正模块。方法:先判断实时反馈的当前探测原点与当前探测区域模拟线和齿条边缘模拟线交点之间的距离变量是否小于设定的距离阈值,再判断升降机处于异常运行姿态的持续时间是否超过设定的时长阈值。
