And controlling the normal flight duty of the aircraft, the re-flight control under the power utilization of the main control power supply and the flight back control of the aircraft according to the execution strategy. The invention provides a dual-power control system applied to a tethered aircraft. The dual-power control system has the effect of detecting the power supply condition of the aircraft so as to guarantee the normal flight of the aircraft.
