The invention provides a split type annular gas-liquid heat exchange device and a design method.The split type annular gas-liquid heat exchange device is assembled between an expansion turbine and a gas compressor shafting and comprises a split type shell, and the interior of the split type shell is divided into a first heat exchange space which is far away from a rotating shaft and is of an annular enclosure structure; the second heat exchange space is close to the rotating shaft and is of an annular enclosure structure; the plate-fin heat exchange structure is arranged in the first heat exchange space; and the shell-and-tube heat exchange structure is arranged in the second heat exchange space, so that the shell-and-tube heat exchange structure and the plate-fin heat exchange structure form a collaborative heat exchange structure. The problems that a special-shaped turbine structure and a heat exchange structure are difficult to integrate and manufacture are solved, the structural integration degree is remarkably improved, and external transition pipeline connection is reduced; reasonable adjustment of the flow resistance characteristic and the heat exchange characteristic of the gas-liquid heat exchange structure can be achieved by adjusting the proportion of the plate-fin heat exchange structure and the shell-and-tube heat exchange structure, and then the best matching of the turbine refrigeration performance and the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger under the design working condition is achieved.
本发明提供了一种分体式环形气液换热装置及设计方法,分体式环形气液换热装置装配至膨胀涡轮与压气机轴系中间,包括分体式壳体,分体式壳体内部分为远离转轴且呈环形围合构造的第一换热空间,以及靠近转轴且呈环形围合构造的第二换热空间;板翅式换热结构,布置于第一换热空间;管壳式换热结构,布置于第二换热空间,以与所述板翅式换热结构构成协同换热结构。本发明解决了异型涡轮结构与换热结构集成难、制造难的问题,显著提升了结构集成度,减少了外部过渡管路连接;通过调节板翅式换热结构与管壳式换热结构配比,可实现气液换热结构流阻特性、换热特性的合理调节,进而实现涡轮制冷性能、换热器换热性能在设计工况的最佳匹配。
