The invention relates to a single-degree-of-freedom quadrilateral array mechanism which comprises three quadrilateral units. Each quadrilateral unit comprises four rod pieces, a radial through hole is formed in the end of each rod piece, the four rod pieces are sequentially connected end to end, a pin shaft is inserted into the through hole in the end of the adjacent rod piece at the joint, a supporting ring is arranged between the end of the second rod piece and the end of the third rod piece, each quadrilateral unit is divided into four layers, the first layer is the third rod piece, and the second layer is the fourth rod piece. The second layer is a fourth rod piece, the third layer is a first rod piece, the fourth layer is a second rod piece, and the supporting rings are located on the second layer and the third layer; the three quadrilateral units are connected in pairs through the two connecting joints of the quadrilateral units. According to the single-degree-of-freedom quadrilateral array mechanism, the folding and unfolding advantages are kept, meanwhile, the characteristic of single degree of freedom can be achieved through the design of the mechanism, and the single-degree-of-freedom quadrilateral array mechanism further has the advantages that the single-degree-of-freedom quadrilateral array mechanism is unfolded into a hexagonal-like plane and folded into a bunch, and the up-and-down overturning movement can be achieved.

    本发明涉及一种单自由度四边形阵列机构,包括三个四边形单元;每个四边形单元包括四个杆件,每个杆件的端部设有径向的通孔,四个杆件依次首位连接,相连接处为相邻杆件端部的通孔插入销轴,第二杆件、第三杆件的端部之间设置支撑环,并且,每个四边形单元分为四层,第一层为第三杆件,第二层为第四杆件,第三层为第一杆件,第四层为第二杆件,支撑环位于第二层和第三层;三个四边形单元通过自身的两个连接关节两两连接。本发明提出一种单自由度四边形阵列机构,在保持折展优势的同时,通过机构的设计可以具有单自由度的特性,还具有展开为一个类六边形的平面、折叠为一束、具有上下翻涌运动等特点。
