The invention discloses a point switch and an action plate group mechanism thereof, and belongs to the technical field of point switches. The action plate set mechanism comprises an action plate, quick-acting pieces, guide shafts and a compression spring, the action plate is of a long-strip-shaped structure with the upper portion provided with a rolling plane and the two ends provided with climbing slopes, a fixing plate connected with locking iron is arranged at the bottom of the action plate, an axial through hole is formed in the center of the action plate, and the two quick-acting pieces, the two guide shafts and the compression spring are arranged in the axial through hole. The inner ends of the two guide shafts are provided with guide holes for the compression springs to stretch in, the two quick-acting pieces are connected to the outer ends of the two guide shafts respectively, the two ends of the axial through hole are further provided with limiting mechanisms, and the upper portions of the quick-acting pieces protrude out of the surface of the climbing slope. Flexible connection of the two quick-acting pieces is achieved in an assembling mode of the guide shafts and the compression springs, the number of parts is small, the mechanical structure is simple, machining is easy, assembling is easy, the integration degree is high, the quick-acting pieces axially move, the guide self-adjusting function is achieved, jamming is not prone to occurring, and various functions of the action plate set can be effectively achieved.

    本发明公开了一种转辙机及其动作板组机构,属于转辙机技术领域。该动作板组机构包括动作板、速动片、导向轴和压缩弹簧,动作板采用上部具有滚动平面、两端具有爬坡斜面的长条形结构,其底部设有与锁闭铁连接的固定板,其中心开设有轴向通孔,轴向通孔中设置两个速动片、两个导向轴和压缩弹簧,两个导向轴内端部均开设有供压缩弹簧伸入的导向孔,两个速动片分别连接在两个导向轴外端部,轴向通孔两端还设有限位机构,速动片上部均凸出于爬坡斜面的表面。本发明以导向轴和压缩弹簧的组装方式实现两个速动片的软连接,零件少,机械结构简单易加工,装配简单,集成度高,速动片轴向移动具有导向自调节功能,不易卡阻,能有效实现动作板组的各项功能。
