The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic control assembly and a vehicle hydraulic brake system. The electro-hydraulic control assembly comprises a high hydraulic source energy storage unit, an electromagnetic valve module, a brake master cylinder module, a pedal simulator module, a displacement sensor and an ECU module. The electromagnetic valve module comprises a valve block with a plurality of oil ducts and a plurality of groups of electromagnetic valves which are connected with the valve block and are used for enabling the oil ducts of the valve block to be in a connected or cut-off state; the high hydraulic pressure source energy storage unit is connected with the automotive electronic stability system ESC through the valve block, and the automotive electronic stability system ESC is connected with the brake wheel cylinder. The pedal simulator module is connected with the brake master cylinder module through a valve block; the ECU module is electrically connected with all the electromagnetic valves and the displacement sensors. The problems that an automobile hydraulic braking system needs to frequently use high hydraulic pressure for braking, and a sealing ring of a braking main cylinder is prone to being squeezed into a gap to be bitten and prone to being abraded when located in a high hydraulic pressure environment for a long time are solved.

    本发明公开了一种电液控制总成和车辆液压制动系统,该电液控制总成包括:高液压源蓄能单元、电磁阀模块、制动主缸模块、踏板模拟器模块、位移传感器和ECU模块;电磁阀模块包括具有多条油道的阀块以及与阀块连接且用以将阀块的油道处于连接或截断状态的多组电磁阀;阀块将高液压源蓄能单元与汽车电子稳定系统ESC连接,而汽车电子稳定系统ESC与制动轮缸连接;踏板模拟器模块通过阀块与制动主缸模块连接;ECU模块与所有的电磁阀以及位移传感器均电性连接。本发明解决了汽车液压制动系统需要频繁使用高液压压力进行制动而制动主缸密封圈长期处在高液压压力环境下容易挤入缝隙被咬伤和易磨损的问题。
