The redundant braking system comprises a liquid storage tank, a mechanical main cylinder, a piston cylinder, a pedal decoupling valve, an electric cylinder decoupling valve and a wheel cylinder which are connected according to the connection mode of an original braking system. The redundant braking system further comprises an air pressure system, and the air pressure system is connected with the piston cylinder and/or the liquid storage tank. The working modes of the redundant braking system comprise an active braking mode and a redundant braking mode, in the active braking mode, a piston cylinder builds pressure, and braking pressure is generated on wheels; in the redundant braking mode, when the air pressure system is connected with the piston cylinders, the air pressure system inputs air into the piston cylinders, the piston cylinders are pressurized, and liquid flows out of the piston cylinders and enters the wheel cylinders to generate braking pressure on wheels; when the air pressure system is connected with the liquid storage tank, the air pressure system inputs air into the liquid storage tank, so that liquid flows out of the liquid storage tank and enters the wheel cylinder to generate brake pressure on wheels. The redundant braking function can be achieved, the structure is simple, and the cost is low.
本发明公开了一种冗余制动系统,包括均按照原有制动系统的连接方式进行连接的储液罐、机械主缸、活塞缸、踏板解耦阀、电缸解耦阀和轮缸。本发明的冗余制动系统还包括气压系统,气压系统与活塞缸连接和/或与储液罐连接。冗余制动系统的工作模式包括主动制动模式和冗余制动模式,在主动制动模式下,活塞缸建压,对车轮产生制动压力;在冗余制动模式下,当气压系统与活塞缸连接时,气压系统向活塞缸输入气体,对活塞缸进行增压使得液体流出活塞缸进入轮缸对车轮产生制动压力;当气压系统与储液罐连接时,气压系统向储液罐输入气体,使得液体流出储液罐进入轮缸对车轮产生制动压力。本发明可以实现冗余制动功能,且结构简单、成本低。
