The invention relates to a pedal force compensation device, a brake system and a pedal force compensation method, and relates to the technical field of brake systems.The pedal force compensation device comprises a shell provided with a containing cavity, two pistons, a compensation spring and a first push rod; the pistons are arranged in the containing cavity in a sliding mode in the axial direction of the pistons, the two pistons divide the containing cavity into three cavities, and the middle cavity and the right cavity are used for containing liquid; the two ends of the compensation spring are connected with the left piston and the left inner wall of the shell correspondingly. One end of the first push rod is connected with the right piston, and the other end extends out of the shell to be connected with a brake pedal; when the brake pedal is treaded down, the first push rod drives the right piston to slide in the direction away from the brake pedal, so that the middle cavity is compressed to drive the left piston to slide, the compensation spring in the left cavity is compressed, and pedal compensation force is provided. The pedal compensation force is provided for the idle stroke stage to solve the problem that the initial-stage pedal force is not smooth, so that the initial-stage brake pedal feeling is improved.

    本申请涉及一种踏板力补偿装置、制动系统及踏板力补偿方法,涉及制动系统技术领域,包括设有容纳腔的壳体、两活塞、补偿弹簧和第一推杆;活塞沿其轴向可滑动地设于容纳腔内,两活塞将容纳腔分隔为三个腔室,中间腔室和右侧腔室用于容纳液体;补偿弹簧设于左侧腔室内,其两端分别与左侧活塞和壳体左侧内壁连接;第一推杆的一端与右侧活塞连接,另一端延伸至壳体外与制动踏板连接;其中,当制动踏板被踩下时,通过第一推杆带动右侧活塞朝远离制动踏板的方向滑动,以通过压缩中间腔室带动左侧活塞滑动使左侧腔室内的补偿弹簧被压缩并提供踏板补偿力。本申请通过为空行程阶段提供踏板补偿力来解决初段踏板力不平顺的问题,以提升初段制动踏板感。
