The invention provides an electric vehicle charging management system which comprises an instrument device, a vehicle controller and a power battery device, the instrument device stores a plurality of adjustable charging parameters, the charging parameters comprise charging power, charging electric quantity and charging time period, the vehicle controller is connected with the instrument device, and the power battery device is connected with the vehicle controller. The vehicle controller enters a charging working mode when receiving a wake-up signal so as to read the plurality of charging parameters from the instrument device and output the plurality of charging parameters, the power battery device is used for receiving a charging power supply, the power battery device comprises a control unit and an energy storage unit, and the control unit is connected with the vehicle controller; when the control unit receives the plurality of charging parameters from the vehicle controller, the control unit controls the charging power supply to charge the energy storage unit according to the plurality of charging parameters.
