The invention relates to the technical field of refrigerating systems, in particular to a vehicle refrigerant leakage detection method, and aims to solve the problem of inaccurate refrigerant leakage detection result in a vehicle refrigerating system in the prior art. In order to achieve the purpose, according to the detection method, refrigeration system component-level faults or system faults are eliminated by obtaining relevant parameters, simulation operation characteristic parameters are output through a digital twin model, attenuation factors of key components are further decoupled when an output result is different from existing operation characteristics of the system, and the detection accuracy is improved. According to the method, the digital twin model is calibrated, the calibrated model is used for carrying out characteristic parameter operation again, and if differences still exist, it is judged that refrigerant leakage exists, flexible modeling characteristics of digital twin are utilized, all configured and designed refrigerant systems are compatible, the vehicle state and the operation environment can be matched in real time, and the reliability of refrigerant leakage is improved. Meanwhile, a component attenuation factor is introduced to avoid the influence of component-level performance attenuation on the diagnosis result, and the detection result is more accurate.

    本发明涉及制冷系统技术领域,具体提供一种车用制冷剂泄漏检测方法,旨在解决现有技术中车用制冷系统中制冷剂泄漏检测结果不准确的问题。为此目的,本发明的检测方法通过获取相关参数排除存在制冷系统部件级别故障或系统故障,使用数字孪生模型输出模拟运行特性参数,在输出结果和系统现有运行特征存在差异时,进一步解耦关键部件的衰减因子,对数字孪生模型进行校准,使用校准后的模型再次进行特性参数运算,若仍存在差异,则判断为制冷剂泄漏,此方法利用数字孪生灵活的建模特性,兼容所有配置和设计的制冷剂系统,可实时匹配车辆状态和运行环境,同时引入部件衰减因子避免部件级别性能衰减对诊断结果的影响,检测结果更加准确。
