The invention provides a track shoe and a manufacturing method thereof, a track and engineering machinery. The track shoe comprises a base body and a first wear-resistant layer, and the first wear-resistant layer is arranged on the surface of the base body and is made of an iron-based composite material reinforced by at least one of rare earth, vanadium carbide, tungsten carbide and titanium carbide particles. Therefore, the wear resistance of the track shoe can be effectively improved.
