The invention discloses an anti-dazzling method and device, near-to-eye display equipment and a readable storage medium, and relates to the field of near-to-eye display device.The anti-dazzling method comprises the steps that vehicle course information, terrain information and road facility information corresponding to all positions of a vehicle on a pre-driving route are determined; according to the vehicle course information, the terrain information and the road facility information, whether the driving position of the vehicle in the next clock period is in a direct sunlight state or not is predicted; and adjusting the current window transparency of the near-to-eye display equipment according to the prediction result. According to the method and the device, the convenience of unlocking operation of the near-to-eye display equipment can be improved on the basis of ensuring the privacy information security of the user. According to the method, the driver can conveniently and clearly perceive the road condition environment in the driving process, and meanwhile, the strong light dazzling phenomenon generated to the driver can be effectively avoided in time, so that potential safety hazards are reduced.
