The crane operation speed reducing mechanism comprises a speed reducer, and the output end of the speed reducer is connected with an end beam flexible shaft to drive walking wheels of an end beam rack; the output end of the speed reducer drives the trolley wheels through the corresponding trolley flexible shaft; a sleeve is arranged on the end beam flexible shaft or/and the trolley flexible shaft; an upper wheel disc shaft and a lower wheel disc shaft are arranged in the sleeve and used for being connected with the two ends of the end beam flexible shaft or/and the trolley flexible shaft. The tail ends of the end beam flexible shaft and the trolley flexible shaft are provided with flexible shaft heads and fixing disc openings, and at least one shaft core is arranged in the end beam flexible shaft and the trolley flexible shaft. An upper wheel disc shaft, an upper transmission plate, a lower transmission plate and a lower wheel disc shaft in the sleeve are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the upper transmission plate and the lower transmission plate are buckled up and down, spherical grooves are formed in the inner end faces of the upper transmission plate and the lower transmission plate, and sliding balls are embedded in the spherical grooves. A clip is clamped on the upper transmission plate and the lower transmission plate, and a bumper is arranged on the clip; a piston is extruded at the lower end of the disc spring, and a fixing plate is extruded at the lower end of the piston.
