The anti-falling brake structure comprises an elevator shaft, a brake way assembly, a plurality of reaction assemblies and a switching assembly, an elevator car is vertically and movably arranged in the elevator shaft through a lifting steel cable, and the brake way assembly comprises four brake rails; a plurality of reaction assemblies matched with the brake rails are arranged on the two sides of the elevator car, and when the elevator car is subjected to high-speed falling or lifting operation, the switching assembly is driven to control and push out the two brake abutting columns, so that the two brake abutting columns are in friction contact with brake belts of the brake rails, and the brake rails are in friction contact with the brake belts. The operation of slowly reducing the speed of the elevator car until the elevator car stops is achieved, the risk of hurting passengers due to sudden stop and the like is avoided, the system is not limited by electric power supply, mechanical braking is achieved, durability is achieved, the stopping state of the elevator car can be automatically maintained through the switching assembly, repairing and using operation is simple, and repeated use can be achieved.

    本发明涉及电梯安全装置技术领域,具体为一种电梯防护用防坠刹车结构包括电梯井、刹道组件、若干反应组件和切换组件,电梯井内通过提升钢缆竖直活动设有电梯轿厢,刹道组件包括四个刹车轨道,通过在电梯轿厢的两侧设置若干个配合刹车轨道的反应组件,在电梯轿厢进行高速坠落或者抬升操作时,带动切换组件对两个刹车抵接柱进行控制推出,从而使其与刹车轨道的刹车带摩擦接触,起到缓慢降低电梯轿厢速度直至停止的操作,不会出现骤停等伤害乘客的风险,且不受系统可电力供应限制,机械制动,经久耐用,且切换组件可对电梯轿厢的止停状态进行自动维持,修复使用操作简单,可重复使用。
