A steel wire rope replacing method of a winch hoist comprises the following steps that (1) a synchronizing shaft is dismantled; (2) a rope winding device and a rope unwinding device are installed; 3) removing one end of the old wire rope; 4) welding one end of the new steel wire rope with one end of the old steel wire rope; 5) removing the other end of the old steel wire rope and pulling the old steel wire rope to a rope winding device; (6) a rope winding device and a rope unwinding device are started; 7) cutting off the connection position when the connection point of the new and old steel wire ropes reaches the rope outlet; 8) keeping the operation of the rope winding device, and recycling the old steel wire rope; 9) keeping the rotation of the steel wire rope reel, and winding the tail end of the new steel wire rope onto the steel wire rope reel; (10) debugging and detecting the new steel wire rope which is replaced in place; by the adoption of the method, intermediate operation links in the steel wire rope replacement operation process can be effectively reduced, the labor cost input is saved, the safety of field operation is improved, the influence of human factors is avoided, and the efficiency and quality of steel wire rope replacement operation are both improved.

    一种卷扬式启闭机的钢丝绳更换方法,包括以下步骤:1)拆除同步轴;2)安装收绳装置和放绳装置;3)拆除旧钢丝绳一端;4)将新钢丝绳一端与旧钢丝绳一端焊接;5)拆除旧钢丝绳另一端并牵引至收绳装置上;6)启动收绳装置和放绳装置;7)新旧钢丝绳连接点到达出绳口时切断连接位置;8)保持收绳装置的运行,回收旧钢丝绳;9)保持钢丝绳卷筒的转动,使新钢丝绳尾端卷至钢丝绳卷筒上;10)对更换到位的新钢丝绳进行调试检测;11)回装启闭机同步轴。本发明采用上述方法,能够有效减少钢丝绳更换作业过程中的中间作业环节,节省人力成本投入并提高现场作业的安全性,避免了人为因素的影响,使钢丝绳更换作业的效率及质量均得到了提高。
