The invention provides a multi-turbulent-flow enhanced heat exchange rectification support plate anti-icing structure which comprises a front cavity and a rear cavity divided by a partition plate in a rectification support plate, and a plurality of hot air flow dividing holes communicating with the front cavity and the rear cavity are formed in the top of the partition plate. A plurality of small-size turbulent flow columns extend in the chord length direction at the front edge stationary point of the front cavity and are distributed at intervals in the radial direction; a plurality of spoilers which are distributed in the radial direction extend on the partition plate in the front edge direction, and the spoilers divide the front cavity into a plurality of areas in the radial direction; a plurality of large-size turbulent flow columns are arranged in the area between the middle rear portion of the front cavity and the partition plate in the radial direction, and the normal directions of the large-size turbulent flow columns are perpendicular to the chordwise direction of the rectification supporting plate. A boss is arranged at the root part of the rectifying support plate, is positioned in the front cavity and divides the root part of the front cavity into a left channel and a right channel, the right channel is communicated with the rear cavity, and the left channel is communicated with other anti-icing components; a plurality of exhaust outlets are formed in the rear cavity, and hot air entering the rear cavity from the hot air flow dividing holes and the right channel is exhausted from the exhaust outlets.
