The invention discloses a battery warehouse dynamic balancing method and device and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: detecting whether a warehouse is arranged in an aircraft or not in the take-off stage of the aircraft if the current balancing state is detected to be a non-flat state; when the warehouse is placed, whether goods are stored in the warehouse or not is detected; when the goods are not stored, the battery modules of at least one part of the structure of the warehouse are transferred to the aircraft according to the current balance data, so that the aircraft reaches a balance state; and when the goods are stored, the battery modules of at least one part of the structure of the warehouse are reconstructed according to the form data of the goods and the balance data, so that the aircraft reaches a balance state. According to the invention, a self-adaptive dynamic balancing scheme for the battery warehouse is realized, the manpower and material resource cost brought by manual balancing is saved, and the logistics efficiency of the unmanned aircraft is improved.
