The stud of the first knuckle bearing, the first fixing nut and the first adjusting nut are arranged in a right-hand thread mode, and the stud of the second knuckle bearing, the second fixing nut and the second adjusting nut are arranged in a left-hand thread mode. Through the arrangement of the opposite threads, when the rudder connecting rod is twisted, the distance between the left knuckle bearing and the right knuckle bearing is adjusted, and therefore the left tiller and the right tiller can be in a parallel relation.
