A new energy automobile body structure comprises a front cabin assembly, a front floor assembly, a rear floor assembly, a left threshold assembly, a right threshold assembly, a left side wall assembly, a right side wall assembly and an automobile roof, the two front floor front longitudinal beams are vertically arranged in the middle between the first front seat cross beam and the second front seat cross beam, and the two front floor rear longitudinal beams are vertically arranged in the middle of the outer side face of the second front seat cross beam and correspond to the two front floor front longitudinal beams. The front floor panel is arranged below the first front seat cross beam, the second front seat cross beam, the front floor front longitudinal beam and the front floor rear longitudinal beam; and the instrument cross beam rear mounting bracket is connected to the two front floor front longitudinal beams. The structural design of parts is optimized, most parts are made of aluminum alloy materials, and few key parts are made of hot stamping forming steel materials, so that the strength, the rigidity, the durability, the collision performance and the safety performance of a body in white are improved, and the weight of a body assembly is remarkably reduced.

    一种新能源汽车车身结构,包括:前舱总成、前地板总成、后地板总成、左门槛总成、右门槛总成、左侧围总成、右侧围总成及车顶,其中,前地板总成包括两根前后平行布置的第一、第二前座椅横梁,垂直设置于第一、第二前座椅横梁之间中部的两根前地板前纵梁,垂直设置于第二前座椅横梁外侧面中部并与两根前地板前纵梁对应的两根前地板后纵梁,设置于第一、第二前座椅横梁及前地板前纵梁、前地板后纵梁下的前地板面板以及连接于两根前地板前纵梁上的仪表横梁后安装支架。本发明优化零件结构设计,大部分零件采用铝合金材料,少数关键部件使用热冲压成型钢材料,这样不仅提高了白车身的强度、刚度、耐久、碰撞及安全性能,还显著减轻了车身总成的重量。
