The invention discloses a train operation control method and device based on resource management. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a plurality of communication trains and first train information of each communication train; acquiring a plurality of non-communication trains and second train information of each non-communication train; according to each piece of first train information, determining line resources required to be allocated in each allocation period when each communication train runs to the next resource allocation point, and calculating the movement authorization of the communication train in the corresponding period when each allocation period is ended; according to the information of each second train, determining line resources needing to be allocated when each non-communication train runs to a next resource allocation point; and in each distribution period, the corresponding communication train is controlled to run according to the movement authorization of each communication train, and the corresponding non-communication train is controlled to run by a signal machine. According to the invention, the utilization rate of line resources can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于资源管理的列车运行控制方法及装置,该方法包括:获取若干通信列车以及各通信列车的第一列车信息;获取若干非通信列车以及各非通信列车的第二列车信息;根据各第一列车信息,确定各通信列车运行至下一资源分配点时各分配周期所需分配的线路资源,并在每一分配周期结束时计算对应周期内通信列车的移动授权;根据各第二列车信息确定各非通信列车运行至下一资源分配点所需分配的线路资源;在每一分配周期内,根据各通信列车的移动授权控制对应通信列车运行,以信号机控制对应非通信列车运行。通过实施本发明能提高线路资源利用率。
