A switch valve is arranged in the hollow round pipe of the valve element, a switch valve spring is arranged at the right end of the switch valve, and a brake spring located at the right end is arranged in the hydraulic control air valve shell. According to the hydraulic control air valve and the automobile clutch braking control system, when braking and clutch of the whole automobile are controlled through one pedal, assistance is provided, the pedal force is reduced, and comfort is improved; an original clutch slave cylinder is omitted, the whole clutch and braking system is simplified, and braking and clutch of the whole vehicle are controlled through one pedal.
